MISSION STATEMENT:

United Beverages is an alcohol beverage distributor in the western third of North Carolina. We are committed to profitable and efficient sales, delivery, and merchandising of those products. We carry quality products and work to maintain that quality until the product is purchased by the consumer. We strive to be a top distributor for the supplier, a top vendor for the retailer, and a top employer for our employees.

HISTORY:

United Beverages of North Carolina, LLC, was formed by the merger of four companies: The Blue Ridge Distributing Company, Piedmont Distributors, Proctor Wholesale, and Rowan Distributing. These four successful companies merged in order to be more competetive in the alcoholic beverage industry. Currently, the company is headquartered in Hickory, NC. A branch office is located in Salisbury, NC.

DRINKING RESPONSIBLY:

United Beverages is active in promoting the responsible consumption of our products in our community. Support is provided through educational materials and training in an effort to prevent drunk driving and underage access. The majority of the 80 million Americans that do drink beer, do so responsibly; however, occasions arise when someone has had too much to drink and should not drive. Prevention of youth access and drinking while impaired is not an easy endeavor, but it is one that United Beverages is passionate about.
